CALL TO ORDER
REPORT OF POSTING OF AGENDA: Agenda available for public access at the City Hall exterior bulletin board (west side of Council Chamber) and the Planning Services counter by 9:00 pm on Thursday, March 19, 2026.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGENDA: The Planning Commission will discuss the order of the agenda, may amend the order, note abstentions and request Consent Calendar items be removed from the consent calendar for discussion.
1. CONSENT CALENDAR: The following routine matters may be acted upon by one motion. Individual items may be removed by the Commission for separate discussion at this time.
2.A. MONAGHAN PALM CANYON, LLC REQUESTING A TWO (2) YEAR EXTENSION OF TIME FOR A TENTATIVE TRACT MAP (TTM) 38846 CONSISTING OF A ONE LOT PARCL FOR CONDOMINIUM PURPOSES LOCATED AT 1875 NORTH PALM CANYON DRIVE, ZONE C-1 AND R-3. (CASE NO. EOT 2026-0001) (GM). RECOMMENDATION: Approve two year extension of time
2.B. A REQUEST BY JAMES BOSHAW, OWNER, FOR A TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP (TPM) 39362 TO SPLIT ONE (1) LOT INTO TWO (2) LOTS RESULTING IN PARCEL 1 EQUALING 34,198-SQUARE FEET AND PARCEL 2 EQUALING 22,696-SQUARE FEET LOCATED AT 565 LA MIRADA ROAD, ZONE R-1-A. (CASE STM 2025-0008). (GM) RECOMMENDATION: 1.Accept The CEQA determination that the project is categorically exempt as a “Minor Land Division” development and; 2. Approve Tentative Parcel Map 39362
3.A. A REQUEST BY PSLUX, LLC., PROPERTY OWNER, FOR A MAJOR DEVELOPMENT PERMIT APPLICATION AND A TENTATIVE TRACT MAP (TTP 39301) FOR A ONE-LOT CONDOMINIUM MAP TO CONSTRUCT A DUPLEX ON A .56-ACRE SITE LOCATED AT 301 WEST VIA ESCUELA, (APN: 504-300-003) ZONE RGA-6 (CASE NOS. DP-2025-0001 & STM-2025-0001) (AR). RECOMMENDATION: Adopt resolution determining the project is exempt from CEQA as a Class 32 “In-Fill” development project resulting in approval of the project subject to conditions.
