OF 739,360-SQUARE FEET FOR WAREHOUSE AND OFFICES ON THIRTY-EIGHT (38) ARES LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF NORTH INDIAN CANYON DRIVE AND 19TH

RECOMMENDATION:  There is no formal action required at the study session; the Planning Commission is to provide comments to the applicant regarding the overall presentation of the
proposed project.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGENDA: The Planning Commission will discuss the order of the agenda, may amend the order, note abstentions and request Consent Calendar items be removed from the consent calendar for discussion.

ON BEHALF OF O WEST VISTA CIRCLE, LLC, FOR TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP 38526 TO SUBDIVIDE AN UNDEVELOPED 2.24-ACRE PARCEL INTO FOUR (4) SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL LOTS LOCATED AT THE NORTH SIDE OF ACANTO DRIVE, APPROXIMATELY 400 FEET EAST OF VIA FORTUNA, ZONE R-1-B; (CASE NO.
