CALL TO ORDER:

REPORT OF POSTING OF AGENDA: Agenda available for public access at the City Hall exterior bulletin board (west side of Council Chamber) and the Planning Services counter by 9:00 pm on Thursday, March 16, 2023.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGENDA: The Planning Commission will discuss the order of the agenda, may amend the order, note abstentions and request Consent Calendar items be removed from the consent calendar for discussion.

A. MCGEE SHARON ARCHITECTS ON BEHALF OF DESERT PRODUCTIONS LLC, FOR A MAJOR DEVELOPMENT PERMIT APPLICATION TO CONSTRUCT A 10,959-SQUARE FOOT WAREHOUSE FACILITY ON A 21,923-SQUARE FOOT UNDEVELOPED PARCEL LOCATED AT 200 OASIS ROAD (APN: 669-444-012, 669-444-011), ZONE M-1-SP (CASE 3.2864 MAJ/DP) (SY) RECOMMENDATION: Adopt a resolution determining the project is exempt from CEQA review and approving the project subject to conditions.
