AUTHORIZE THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) SHADE STRUCTURE FROM SHADE STRUCTURES INC., A TEXAS CORPORATION, IN THE AMOUNT OF $17,763.33 FOR THE DESERT HIGHLAND PARK SHADE STRUCTURE PROJECT, CITY PROJECT NO. 21-22 RECOMMENDATION: In accordance with Section 7.09.010 of the Palm Springs Municipal Code, "Cooperative Purchasing Programs", authorize the purchase and installation of one (1) shade structure from Shade Structures Inc., dba USA Shade & Fabric Structures, a Texas corporation, pursuant to Cooperative Purchasing Contract 030117-LTS, for an amount of $17,763.33. Authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents.

O. APPROVAL OF PUBLIC ART COMMISSION NEIGHBORHOOD GRANT PROGRAM AND APPROPRIATION OF $25,000 IN GRANT FUNDING FROM PUBLIC ARTS FUND RECOMMENDATION: Approve a budget allocation of $25,000 from the Public Art Fund for the Public Arts Neighborhood Grant Program.
