CALL TO ORDER:
The meeting was called to order 1:30 p.m.
ROLL CALL:
REPORT OF POSTING OF AGENDA: The agenda was available for public access at the City Hall exterior bulletin board (west side of Council Chamber) and the Planning Services counter by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 13, 2007.
1. PUBLIC COMMENTS: (Three minute time limit.)
Chair Marantz opened Public Comments and there being no comments, Public Comments was closed.
2. SITE TOUR - A site tour of Smoke Tree Ranch located at 1850 Smoke Tree Lane.
No public was present in the Council Chamber. The Planning Commission and staff left the Council Chamber at 1:33 p.m. and proceeded to Smoke Tree Ranch.
Tracy Conrad, Chief Operating Officer, provided the history of Smoke Tree Ranch and an overview on the architecture. She provided a guided tour of the development. Discussion was made pertaining to the architecture, style and the preservation of the natural surroundings.
The Commission and staff thanked Tracy Conrad for her generousity and efforts in providing this opporunity to tour Smoke Tree Ranch. No public was present during the site tour of Smoke Tree Ranch.
3. ADJOURNMENT: There being no further comments, the meeting adjourned 3:29 p.m.
