  1.  Approve a Purchase and Sale Agreement in the amount of $460,000 with Coachella Valley Conservation Commission.
  2.  Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute all documents related to the Agreement.
  3. Amend the Fiscal Year 2020-2021 General Fund Budget to increase revenue by $460,000 (less 50% of applicable escrow fees) in Revenue Account 001-37801 (Sale of Real Property).

A.   DISCUSSION AND DIRECTION ON ASSEMBLY BILL 571 - LOCAL CAMPAIGN CONTRIBUTION LIMIT AND OTHER POTENTIAL CAMPAIGN FINANCE REGULATIONS

RECOMMENDATION:
The City Council determine a course of action with regard to a local campaign contribution limit for elective City office candidates - either take no action and rely on the State default limit, establish a local limit that is higher or lower than the State default limit, or provide direction to City staff and the City Attorney regarding other campaign finance options that might affect the City Council's decision with regard to a contribution limit.
