Any person who wishes to provide public testimony for an Item on the Agenda MUST file a speaker card prior to the Public Testimony (Non-Public Hearing Agenda Items Only) prior to that portion of the meeting. The City Council encourages written public testimony prior to the meeting, which provides the City Council ample time and attention for consideration.
